How Can severe Headache Be Treated?
I have had a severe headache for two days now. Initially It felt like the top of my head had fireworks bursting. That lasted a couple hours. Since then it is a constant severe pain around head and eyeballs hurt. Nothing works to dull it. Tried Advil and Aleve. Any advice? YYYY@YYYY

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
